Questions about billing
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Your first LUMA Plus subscription is free for 7 days. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise it rolls into a US$6.99/month plan.
Do invited family members need to pay?
Nope. Anyone on the free plan can accept an invite and join. Only the person sending invites needs LUMA Plus.
How do I cancel?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Plus stays active until the end of your billing period.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. You'll move back to the free plan with all your medication and health records intact; inviting family and Insights will be turned off. [To confirm: what happens to an existing family]
Is there an annual plan?
