Delete your LUMA account

Do it in the app or right here. Your account is deleted the moment you confirm — so please read this first.

This can't be undoneYou'll be signed out immediately and won't be able to sign back in. Your family will lose access to your data right away.
Deleting doesn't cancel your subscriptionCancel LUMA Plus in the App Store or Google Play first, or you'll keep being charged.

Delete in the app

    Open LUMA and go to Settings[Confirm exact path]

    Tap Account → Delete accountWe'll remind you what will be deleted.

    ConfirmYour account is deleted instantly and you're signed out.
OPTION 2 · DON'T HAVE THE APP

Request on the web

Enter your LUMA email and password. Once they’re verified, your account is deleted immediately. Signed up with Google or LINE? Use option 1 to delete it in the app.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

What's deleted, and when

Immediately: account deletedYour account and sign-in stop working. You're removed from every family, and no one can see your dose or health data.
Kept for 1 year: related dataMedication, health and activity records are kept for 1 year, not used for anything, then permanently erased. [Legal to confirm purpose and scope]
Records others logged for youDoses family logged for you are deleted with your account. Doses you logged for others stay in their account without your name. [To confirm]
SubscriptionCancel separately — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Just need a break, or want to remove only some data?You can turn off reminders, leave a family, hide synced records or delete individual entries — no need to delete everything.
